The Ghana Cricket Association’s Accra Ladies T20 Series continues to deliver excitement as Accra Daisies clinched a hard-fought victory over the Accra Lilies, winning by 23 runs in a competitive showdown.
Batting first, the Accra Daisies put up a modest total of 89 runs before being bowled out in 19.4 overs. Despite the low target, their bowlers rose to the occasion, displaying discipline and intensity that rattled the Lilies’ batting lineup.
In response, the Accra Lilies struggled to gain momentum and were bundled out for 66 runs in just 15.4 overs, falling short of the target and handing the Daisies a well-earned win.
This victory adds a valuable win to the Daisies’ campaign in the Accra Ladies T20 Series, which continues to spotlight the growing talent and competitiveness in Ghanaian women’s cricket.
