This year’s GCA Pink Day Games to support breast cancer awareness in Ghana were held from the 24th to the 27th of October, 2024. This year marked the 2nd edition of the Games, which was inaugurated in 2023 in Obuasi. For the 2nd edition, a 3-day tournament was held in Accra at the Achimota Oval. 5 female teams vied for a trophy, which was donated by an individual sponsor, Mr. Devender Singh Malik. A breadth screening exercise was also held with the support of personnel from the Achimota Hospital. In all, more than 100 women and men were screened.
